Defendants appeal after the trial court granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.

On February 22, 1996, plaintiff filed a petition to recover unpaid wages and reimbursement for expenses from his former employers, defendants Jimmy Johnson and Mark Smith.
