Verlie Norton was charged as a prior offender, tried, and found guilty by a jury of the following charges: first degree burglary, first degree robbery, attempted forcible sodomy §§ 564.011 & 566.060, forcible sodomy, § 566.060, second degree assault, sexual abuse, felonious restraint, and six counts of armed criminal action. The court sentenced Norton on 10 counts to run concurrently and 3 counts to run consecutively; all totaling...
