Guadalupe Huerta won a judgment against his former employer Gorges Foodservice (Gorges) on claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and wrongful discrimination under both the Workers' Compensation Act1 and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act.2 He was awarded $35,500 in past lost wages, $218,400 in future lost...
