Cathy Fleenor sued her employer, Talent Tree Personnel Services, Inc. (hereinafter "Talent Tree"), and the employer's office manager, Brenda Harris, for damages based on fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent suppression; she alleged that the defendants had manipulated her quarterly sales figures in order to cheat her out of sales commissions. As to Talent Tree, she also alleged breach of contract....
