Appellants, Dr. Jose Gamboa, Individually and as Trustee for the Jose Gamboa, M.D., P.A. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust, and Carl Gamboa,1 appeal the granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Ronald J. Shaw, in this legal malpractice case.
