Merlan Davis was convicted of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and sentenced to probation for five years. We have considered each of the eight issues raised on appeal and find merit in Davis's argument that his attempt to depose a reporter with relevant information was frustrated by the improper application of a qualified reporter's privilege.
