[¶ 1] Hanover Insurance Co. appeals from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Washington County, Marden J.) in favor of Ngoclien Thi Crocker and Mary Crocker on Hanover's complaint requesting a declaration that Hanover has no obligation to defend or indemnify Ngoclien in connection with a civil action brought by Mary against Ngoclien.
