Thomas Dickens moved for enforcement of child support in February 1996. The trial court denied Dickens's motion, finding that an earlier order clarifying who was to pay child support was void as a matter of law because it substantively changed the original divorce decree. Dickens appeals the judgment of the trial court, claiming in part that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the judgment and that the court abused...
