This is a declaratory judgment action in which Jason Pruitt (Jason1) sought to establish himself as an insured under automobile insurance policies issued to his uncle by Farmers Insurance Company, Inc. (Farmers). On this appeal, Jason contends that the trial court erred in entering a summary judgment in favor of Farmers. We reverse and remand.
