This is an appeal from an order revoking "shock probation." A central issue in this appeal is the distinction between "shock probation" under TEX.CODE CRIM.PRO.ANN. art. 42.12, § 6 (Vernon Supp.1997) and "regular probation" under TEX.CODE CRIM.
