This is the second appeal by Tommy Bain in this paternity case. We dismissed Bain's first appeal in an unpublished opinion issued December 8, 1994, under Ark.R.Civ.P. 54(b), because the judgment of paternity did not provide for child support and was thus not a final, appealable order.
