Defendant Henry Lee Meacham appeals his conviction by a jury of one count of transporting a minor in interstate commerce with the intent that she engage in sexual activity for which defendant could be charged with a crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423. On appeal defendant asserts (1) the trial court improperly applied Federal Rules of Evidence 403, 404(b), and 414 and violated his right to a fair trial by admitting evidence that he molested...
