OPINION

REID, Judge.

This is a suit by a shareholder in a close corporation1 against the two remaining shareholders alleging the wrongful termination of his employment by the corporation and also his wrongful removal as an officer and a director. The case is before the Court on the defendants' motions to dismiss and their motions for summary judgment. The motions are sustained on all counts.
