Appellant Rodney Bragg appeals the judgment of the Nevada County Circuit Court convicting him of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), a Class Y felony, in violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (Repl. 1993), sentencing him to life imprisonment, and ordering him to pay a fine of $25,000.
