[¶ 1] Defendant Daniel Knowlton appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin, Delahanty, J.) granting plaintiffs' motion for judgment as a matter of law and setting aside a jury verdict for defendant pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 50(b).
