[¶ 1] Defendants Dana Boyce, Sally Lindsay, Anthony Tomah, and Frederick Tomah appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) granting the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians' motion for a summary judgment.
