Ellis (Ellis plaintiffs), Stephen Grant and Gretchen Grant (Grant plaintiffs) (cumulatively, plaintiffs), brought an action against defendant, Michael L. McClung, to prevent him from constructing a driveway on certain easements situated between plaintiffs...
