T.G. NELSON, Circuit Judge:

Charles R. Jackson ("Jackson") appeals the district court's determination that his Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA") claim was barred by the Feres doctrine. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
