Plaintiff, Dung E. Pye, filed suit against his employer, Insulation Technologies, Inc., its insurer and a co-worker, Danilo Antonio Viledo, for an event that allegedly occurred on or about June 30, 1994 in which Viledo, a subordinate employee, allegedly struck plaintiff as the two were preparing to leave a job site. Plaintiff alleges that his employer, Insulation Technologies, Inc., is vicariously liable for the intentional tort of its subordinate employee...
