1 Veronica Soriano was killed, and her daughter Michelle and her co-worker Sara Singhas were injured, in an automobile accident on U.S. 180. Singhas, Dan Soriano as Personal Representative of the estate of his wife Veronica, and Michelle through Dan, her father, brought a complaint for personal injuries against the New Mexico Highway Department.
