Defendant, Thomas Eugene Payseno, appeals the trial court's denial of his Crim. P. 35(c) motion, in which he requested that the court change the date of his parole eligibility to reflect credit for presentence confinement or, in the alternative, permit him to withdraw his guilty plea to first degree murder.
