In this appeal, we hold that an individual must be either within a reasonable geographic perimeter of an insured vehicle or engaged in a task related to the operation of the vehicle at the time injuries are sustained in order to qualify as an "occupant" of that vehicle for purposes of Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") and Uninsured Motorist/Underinsured Motorist ("UM/UIM") insurance.
