Appellant Howard A. Grossman ("Grossman") appeals his conviction for violation of 49 U.S.C. § 46504, which prohibits interfering with the performance of a flight attendant's duties. Grossman was indicted in a two-count indictment returned by a grand jury in the Southern District of Florida charging him with assaulting and intimidating a flight attendant, in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 46504 (Count I), and assault by striking a flight crew member...
