Appellant Daniel John Gray was convicted and sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction for two life terms, one for each rape count, and ten years for one count of possessing visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, terms to run consecutively, in addition to a $10,000 fine.
