Daniel W. Buckley was found guilty by a jury of attempted second degree murder, I.C. §§ 18-4001, 18-4002, 18-4003, and 18-306. The district court imposed a unified sentence of fifteen years, with a five-year minimum period of confinement. Buckley appeals from the judgment of conviction and the sentence imposed.
