In these consolidated appeals First of America Bank-Central, trustee of a trust established by Harold C. Good, appeals two orders requiring First of America to pay $66,645 in attorneys fees to Herb & Mednick, the law firm representing Alvin Sitomer, Esquire, the attorney/personal representative of Mr. Good's Estate, in Sitomer's litigation to recover an attorney's fee for himself. We reverse the orders.
