BURNS, Chief Judge.

The defendant was found guilty of the crime of Abuse of Family and Household Members. The question is whether there is substantial evidence that, at any time prior to the abuse, the defendant and the victim were "persons jointly residing or formerly residing in the same dwelling unit." The answer is yes. The substantial evidence is the victim's testimony that the defendant lived with her at her dwelling unit "probably three to four nights a week...
