This appeal arises from a grant of summary judgment in a defamation suit brought by an employee against his former employer for statements contained in an employment evaluation. Appellant, Louis Garcia, brought a defamation suit against appellees, Travis Burris and the Bank of Alice (Bank), for statements included in Garcia's employment evaluation.
