The appellant, Joe Lee Wright, appeals from two separate judgments of the Fayette Circuit Court. The appellant first appeals from the court's judgment of January 20, 1995, which revoked his probation and sentenced him to seven years' imprisonment. (Case # 95-CA-2220).
