Paul Eirman, a customer of securities broker Olde Discount Corp. (Olde Discount), appeals an order dismissing his multi-count complaint against the broker. Eirman alleged Olde Discount participated in the practice of routing its customer's orders through wholesale dealers, who in turn paid Olde Discount "order flow payments," as a type of commission.
