Dorothy and Michael O'Brien, together with their son Christopher O'Brien, appeal a jury's finding that they operated an illegal gambling business in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1955, and conspired to do so in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Their primary challenge on appeal is to the sufficiency of the evidence adduced at trial.
