FARRIS, Circuit Judge:

Jordan Alexander Lee-Benner appeals the bankruptcy court's dismissal of his adversary action seeking a declaration that debtor Robert Gergely's debt to him is nondischargeable. He also appeals the denial of his objection to discharge of Gergely's debts, asserting error in certain evidentiary rulings. The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel affirmed both decisions.
