WALLS, District Judge.

On January 31, 1994, plaintiff Harry Herbert Ditzel was fired from his position as Manager of Publications at the University of Medicine and Dentistry ("UMDNJ"). Ditzel, who is a white male and survivor of childhood cancer, alleges that he was harassed and discharged because of his medical condition and race. Defendants, however, contend that Ditzel was fired for poor performance...
