The defendant, Terry Flanagan, was charged with one count of possession of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C). Pursuant to a plea agreement, the defendant pled guilty as charged and, under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), reserved his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve two years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole...
