Appellants, Howard Holt, Jenny Holt, HDI Check Processing, Inc., HDI, Bancpac, Inc., a/k/a, HDI Software, Inc., and appellee, Reproductive Services, Inc., were tenants sharing a common wall in an office building in Corpus Christi.
