A Travis County grand jury indictment accused appellant of committing capital murder, specifically intentionally causing death in the course of committing and attempting to commit aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping, alleged to have occurred on or about the 29th day of December, 1991. After a change of venue, resulting in the trial being conducted in Guadalupe County, on February 23, 1994 appellant was convicted...
