In this appeal, we are asked to determine whether the district court abused its discretion in sentencing Christopher Hansen and in partially granting Hansen's I.C.R. 35 motion for reduction of sentences. Hansen also alleges that he received ineffective assistance of counsel during the sentencing hearing. We affirm Hansen's judgment of conviction for infamous crime against nature.
