In this medical malpractice suit, plaintiff appeals from a verdict directed against her which in turn stemmed from the trial court's refusal to allow her to designate a new expert medical witness after the first jury trial had ended in a mistrial. In the somewhat unusual circumstances of this case, including the fact that plaintiff bore no responsibility for the aborted first trial at which her expert opinion proof was concededly sufficient...
