Plaintiff, Dr. James A. Gibson (Gibson), filed this action alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants. This matter was previously before the Court on Defendant Samuel McMurray's (McMurray) motion to dismiss. The Court denied McMurray's motion, but required Gibson to file an Amended Complaint setting forth his claims in a more specific manner.
