[¶ 1] Sherry Skidgell appeals from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Marsano, J.), in favor of Universal Underwriters Insurance Company on Skidgell's complaint for injuries arising from an accident suffered while riding as a passenger on a motorcycle.
