Johnny Davidson is suing his former employer, Wisconsin Natural Gas Company, for breaching the collective bargaining agreement which governed his employment. He seeks reinstatement, back wages, and compensatory damages of $300,000 pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
