No. 96-2547.

695 So.2d 830 (1997)

Jean Timolean JADOTTE, Appellant, v. Marie PIERRE, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

June 11, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Earl H. Galitz, Miami, for appellant.

Sidney L. Syna, Miami, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, COPE and SORONDO, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgment of partition, as there is competent substantial evidence to support the trial court's findings. Our affirmance does not apply to that portion of the judgment that purports to determine the paternity of the two minor children; neither party is precluded from raising the issues of paternity and child support in a future proceeding.
