Plaintiff, Mrs. Deborah Taylor, was injured when a tire manufactured by Defendant, Cooper Tire and Rubber Co., failed. At issue in this products liability case applying Utah law was the cause of the tire failure. Plaintiff alleged a manufacturing defect.
