After a jury trial defendant James Allen was found guilty of first-degree burglary and the unlawful use of a weapon. Mr. Allen appeals, alleging that insufficient evidence supported his burglary conviction because the State failed to show that he knowingly entered unlawfully into Arlene Crocker's garage since he thought he was invited to enter.
