For more than twenty years, Warren Seckler worked at and operated a Texaco gasoline station in Boca Raton, Florida. He inherited the business from his father, who leased the station from 1973 to 1983, when Seckler took over the operations. Seckler formed Warsec, Inc. in 1991 to operate the station and was its president and sole shareholder.
