Robert J. Collins timely appeals from the judgment in this matter. The Government presented evidence that Robert J. Collins caused a destructive device to be mailed to the home of Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Kenneth Gager. The device was designed to explode when the container was opened by the addressee. Trooper Gager and his wife were injured when the destructive device exploded. Collins rested without introducing any evidence. He was convicted...
