Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing her amended complaint for failure to state facts sufficient to constitute a claim. ORCP 21 A(8). Her complaint contains four claims, and she assigns error to the court's ruling regarding each claim. Under ORCP 21 A(8), we consider only the facts alleged, assuming them to be true and giving plaintiff the benefit of all reasonable inferences that arise from the allegations. Glubka v. Long,
