HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellants-plaintiffs Donald R. Ansert, through his wife as his guardian, Joan Ansert, appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of Federal Insurance Company on the Anserts' claims for compensatory and punitive damages against Federal for the tortious breach of its duty to deal in good faith and for conversion.
