POLEN, Judge.

Markham Young appeals the judgment entered against him after a jury found him guilty of attempted third degree felony murder and armed burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery. Young was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and pleaded guilty to that charge after trial. In accord with the state's concession, we reverse Young's conviction for attempted third degree felony murder on the authority of State v. Gray,
