After defendant removed this case from state court to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Knapp, J., the plaintiff committed various procedural violations. As sanctions, the district court dismissed plaintiff's claims with prejudice and ordered plaintiff to pay defendant's attorney's fees.
